360-Degree Assessment: Frequently Asked Questions
  1. How is the survey priced? Our 360º Leadership Assessment is priced per participant — each participant is a manager being assessed. Feedback providers (raters) do not count towards pricing.
  2. How is the survey set up? We prepare a customised 360º questionnaire and provide GDPR-compliant links for feedback providers.
  3. How long does the coaching session last? Managers being assessed receive a personal 90-minute coaching session to review results, interpret the heat map and comments, and create an action plan.
  4. What does the executive summary cover? A concise overview of aggregated results for the organisation — no individual names or identifiable feedback are shared.
  5. Who should take part? Each participant (manager) is assessed by 8–10 peers, direct reports, and supervisors.
  6. How long does the survey take? About 15 minutes for the Diagnostic tier, or 25 minutes for the other tiers.
  7. Is it anonymous? Yes — results are aggregated, and no score is shown when there are fewer than three raters in a category.
  8. How is data kept secure? Data is hosted on secure EU servers, encrypted, and fully GDPR-compliant. AI is used only for comment analysis and always reviewed by a trained consultant before inclusion.
  9. Does it align with Elliott Jaques’ framework? Yes — reports show time-span and complexity gaps, supporting Requisite Organisation analysis.
  10. What is the turnaround time? Six weeks from project kick-off to final report and debrief.
  11. Is any special software required? No — raters use a secure browser link; results are delivered as a PDF and/or via an online dashboard.
  12. Can we combine this with your Core Values Assessment? Yes — both use the same values taxonomy for consistent measurement and reporting.
  13. What support is included? A live debrief is included with all tiers; the Strategic tier also includes a facilitated workshop.
