OPTION 2 - Leading with Core Values, Accountability, and Authority - One day

Training icon

This highly interactive one-day session provides leaders with a deep understanding of how organisational core values, clear accountability, legitimate authority, and enabling leadership practices are critical for creating positive, productive systems.

Participants self-assess their organisation's alignment with its stated values, identify key pain points, and learn specific practices to address gaps. They explore principles like stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and collective leadership through short case studies.

The training culminates in action planning, where participants develop targeted plans to update leadership practices, processes, communications and incentives to better exemplify the organisation's core values. This drives greater trust, employee engagement, and organisational performance.

This training provides a comprehensive yet practical approach for leaders to proactively identify and address core issues hampering their organisation's ability to achieve its objectives. Implementing the learnings leads to a more positive, ethical, and high-performing culture.

This training is ideal for mid-level to senior leaders, managers, and executives across functions who shape an organisation's culture, systems, and practices. It could also include high-potential employees being groomed for leadership roles.
