Enhancing Leadership Practices

Assessing Leadership Practices

At the heart of the assessment lies a model that advocates for robust organisational structures, transparent management processes, and strategic personnel alignment. This model acts as a guiding light, illuminating the effectiveness of managerial practices within your organisation. It ensures that each role is clearly defined and aligned with your business objectives, providing HR professionals with security and certainty.

We focus on key elements such as clear roles and responsibilities, performance metrics, talent management, organisational structure, decision-making authority, continuous improvement, and more. Our MLA helps you not just understand your current state but equips you with the knowledge to improve leadership effectiveness, align your structure with your strategy, and foster a culture that promotes continuous growth and accountability.

Core Values

The Tool

The Managerial Leadership Assessment is a user-friendly and automated tool, specifically designed to assist you in gauging the effectiveness of managerial leadership practices within your organisation.

The process is straightforward, commencing with the assessment and progressing seamlessly through the decision-making phase for any required follow-up actions. Featuring 40 meticulously crafted statements, participants are guided to rate the validity of each statement on a Likert scale. The statements focus on critical areas such as managerial accountability, authority, standard managerial leadership practices, and role clarity. By assessing these areas, the tool provides a comprehensive view of your organisation's managerial leadership effectiveness.

Upon completion of the assessment, a comprehensive and personalised report is automatically generated, furnishing actionable insights for enhancement.

The assessment report is available in English. It will be available in Dutch soon.

This workshop, lasting a day would serve as a good moment for collective reflection, enabling a deep dive into the findings and fostering a shared understanding of the areas requiring improvement. It will also give your team a platform to discuss and strategize how to implement the necessary changes, leading to a more efficient and effective organisation.

We offer several options for workshops or courses which offer you the opportunity not only to delve into the assessment results but also to allow the leaders to gain practical insights and demonstrate the significance of consistent leadership behaviour and understanding for the organisation's success.
