60-Day Accountability Alignment Programme

From assessment to structural clarity.

A structured intervention to improve accountability clarity, decision rights, and organisational alignment across layers.

30 minutes. No presentation, no obligation.

What this measures — and why it is different

Standard 360° feedback asks colleagues to rate someone's behaviour. The Three60 assessment measures something upstream of that: whether the structure supports accountability at all.

These are structural questions. The answers don't change with training or coaching. They change when the structure changes — when role expectations are clarified, when authority boundaries are made explicit, when the layers are designed to add value rather than add review.

How the programme works

The programme is built around a single principle: the data should produce a defined outcome, not just a report. Every step moves from measurement toward structural clarity.

  1. Scoping (Week 1–2) — define the population, relevant layers, and contextual factors; configure the instrument to your organisation's structure
  2. Assessment (Week 3) — participants receive a secure, anonymous link; approximately 15 minutes to complete; no software or login required
  3. Analysis and debrief (Weeks 4–5) — results are processed; an HR-level debrief walks through structural findings and identifies where action is most needed
  4. Stabilisation (Weeks 5–8) — a facilitated process to clarify role expectations, accountability boundaries, and authority at the relevant levels
  5. Close-out (Week 8) — a short structured review of what has changed, what remains open, and where to focus next

What you have at the end

At close-out, the organisation has more than data. It has documented structural clarity at the levels that were assessed.
